About Me

Helping founders, firms and investors grow, scale, and mature

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of strategy, operations, and growth. For more than 25 years, I’ve seen first-hand what separates firms that plateau from those that scale into sustainable, high-performing businesses: operational discipline, financial clarity, and leadership alignment. I bring that playbook to the organizations where I serve as a fractional C-suite executive.

I spent over 20 years at Accenture, where I was a Managing Director in the  Strategy practice. I led engagements across healthcare and life sciences in the U.S. and Europe — helping Fortune 500 and emerging companies sharpen their commercial strategies and operating models.  I was also responsible for expanding client relationships, launching new offerings and managing practices.

In 2016, I joined Sage Growth Partners, a healthcare strategy and marketing boutique. As Partner & COO/CFO, I helped transform the firm from a founder-driven consultancy into a scalable business with disciplined operations, financial systems, and governance. Along the way, I also led key business development and private equity initiatives, building relationships with investors and healthcare technology leaders.

I also mentor healthcare innovators through Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures where I advise early-stage healthcare companies on growth, investor readiness, and market entry.

I live in Baltimore and stay active as a marathon runner, having completed 12 to date. Running gives me the same focus and discipline I bring to my work: clear goals, structured preparation, and steady progress toward the finish line.
